How do you build a high performing organisation without burning out the people leading it, yourself included?
That question underpins the Workplace Wellness Assembly’s event: Stress Resilience in the Workplace: From Mindfulness to Management.
We’re hosting it at Abstract Group HQ in Leeds on Tuesday 2nd June, 6:00–8:15pm, with panellists from JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, KPMG and Ultimate Performance.
You’ll hear specialist insights from each panellist, with a networking break and chance to sample a selection of organic wines, gut-healthy drinks and charcuterie, before we reconvene to open up the conversation to the room with a panellist Q&A.
A small event of around 30; every seat is intentional, to ensure as rich and as prosperous a dialogue can be had between leaders sharing a similar complex mix of challenges, which are compounding, numerous, and often heavily felt at the top.
These themes sit at the heart of the evening's conversation.
Who you’ll hear from
To reflect the breadth of challenges leaders are facing, the Workplace Wellness Assembly brings together a carefully chosen panel with perspectives across management, market, strategy, technology, talent, and physical performance.
The panel:
Sally Macdonald, Independent Non-Executive Director for JP Morgan Japanese Investment Trust, Fidelity Asian Values Plc, and Allianz Global Investors UK: bringing a governance and decision-making perspective shaped by sustained pressure at board level, in some of the world's largest financial institutions.
Jonathan Grice, Partner and Head of Cloud at KPMG, offering first hand insight into leading large-scale technology and AI driven transformation while maintaining personal and organisational resilience.
Jasmine Gill, Digital Talent Manager at Coca Cola Europacific Partners, contributing a people and workforce perspective informed by global operations, frontline engagement, and performance expectations at scale.
Sean Murphy, Chief Personal Training Officer at Ultimate Performance, providing a practical lens on physical and mental resilience for leaders operating in consistently high-pressure environments.
Together, the panel reflects the reality that stress resilience is not owned by one function alone. It sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, performance, and well-being.
