Our India engineers are our own team, not a subcontracted delivery partner, trained in the Abstract academy to the same standard as anyone working from Leeds. Where an engagement needs extra scale beyond that, we can also draw on a wider network of nearshore and offshore delivery partners, under the same UK governance and sign-off. It's how we scale a squad up or down quickly without diluting who's accountable for the outcome.
