Abstract built AI capability into DWF's EvoClaim claims management platform, embedding AI and automation across the full claims lifecycle from first notice of loss through to settlement and complaints. The work covers ten AI use cases delivered in five phases.
Each use case is built into the EvoClaim handler workflow rather than added as a separate tool, so claims teams work in one platform with AI surfacing decisions at the right point in the process. Modelled on DWF's own historical claims data, with governance covering model oversight, human review thresholds, and Consumer Duty compliance.
Scottish Courts
Abstract delivered development and cloud migration under Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service's own fixed-price delivery framework, moving their Integrated Case Management System from on-premise infrastructure to a fully cloud-based platform on Microsoft Azure, with Infrastructure-as-Code through Azure DevOps pipelines.
